Hi, I’m Tress
And I just can’t wait to meet you!
Tress Larson is a personal and professional development coach with a focus on helping beauty industry business owners. She’s the author and creator behind the Am I Worth More Yet? book, blog, and podcast. Her personal life experiences combined with more than 20 years in the beauty industry have given her an up-close, inside look at what really runs the beauty industry, and the consequences of finding your identity in it.
As a serial go-getter and self-professed perfectionist, Tress found self-doubt, perpetual stress, and burnout right around the corner from every major achievement in her career and personal life. Without understanding why it happened, or how to stop it, her life became a runaway train of overwhelm that looked like success on the outside but felt like a panic attack on the inside.
After a crucial conversation with her therapist that included, “It’s time to quit your job,” as the only solution, she took the leap, hired a coach, and never looked back. What she discovered was astounding: slowing down was going to get her farther than speeding up, learning to stop living in the future was going to heal her present, and ending the self-sabotage cycle was going to give her confidence she once only dreamed of. And it all got to be easier than she ever thought it could be.
Her mission in life changed. Transformation didn’t have to be difficult. Learning a new way of doing things didn’t have to be painful. Living a life you love was absolutely possible.
After teaching over 5,000 students advanced techniques in beauty, she knew she could teach this, too, and she has to great success. Tress’ biggest hope is that she can help you and your audience do the same. It all starts with just one easy step.

AM I WORTH MORE YET?
The book
What if the thing you've spent your life trying to prove was never in question?
In her debut book, Am I Worth More Yet?, Tress shares some of the most painful, personal, and difficult chapters of her life with one purpose: to help others navigate their own. Through raw honesty, hard-earned lessons, and transformational insights, she reveals not only the struggles that shaped her, but the tools she discovered along the way to find healing, reclaim her worth, and create meaningful change.
Her journey brings practical application to the principles so many of us already know but struggle to put into practice. Because knowing we should give ourselves grace, stop comparing, overcome fear, or believe in our own worth is one thing. Actually knowing how to do it is another.
Am I Worth More Yet? is more than a collection of personal stories. It's an invitation to recognize yourself in someone else's struggles, discover hope in the hardest seasons, and find practical ways to move forward with greater confidence, grace, and purpose. If you've ever questioned your worth, struggled to feel like enough, or wondered how to turn what you know into lasting change, this book was written for you.
